Submit and pay
Save a draft when needed, then submit your field package and pay the $125 QuickBooks invoice. SCP begins processing after payment is confirmed and may follow up if information is missing.
Deliver the report
When completed, the report is available in your workspace and you receive an email notification. Download the finished PDF and deliver it to your client. Your invoice payment covers that submission.

COMING AS TRAINING ROLLS OUT
The Certified Report path
SCP certification is private training and does not replace government credentials required where you work. For inspectors who complete SCP certification, the planned Certified Report option is $35 per completed report. You perform the inspection and build the report yourself using SCP’s tools. There is no monthly fee. Assisted Reports are the starting path for this rollout.
