Inspector Workspace End-User License Agreement

This agreement covers the Solar Certified Pro LLC (SCP) inspector workspace and its report-payment features. Separate services, including seller reports, customer repair work, and education registrations, are outside this agreement.
1. Workspace access
SCP grants you a limited, nonexclusive license to use the inspector workspace for your authorized professional inspection and reporting activities. Access to Certified Reports depends on SCP approval and availability of certification. Keep your account credentials private. Do not use another person's account, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service.
2. Your report information
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having permission to submit client details, photographs, documents, and other report materials. You retain your rights in the materials you submit and permit SCP and its service providers to store and process them to prepare, review, and return your reports. You may use and share completed reports with your authorized clients. SCP retains its rights in the workspace software, branding, and report templates.
3. Per-report fees
An Assisted Report costs $125. A Certified Report costs $35. During the current invoice workflow, external inspectors pay before Assisted Report processing or Certified Report release, as described below. Any future saved-method billing requires activation and the applicable payment authorization. Certified reporting is being rolled out. There is no monthly inspector subscription or recurring membership fee. Owner-approved fee exemptions and manual payment arrangements continue to apply to the accounts covered by those arrangements.
4. Payment authorization
Payment services are provided by Intuit Payments Inc. When secure payment setup is available, you must separately authorize SCP to save a payment method with Intuit and charge the applicable fee for each completed report. Saving a payment method does not itself create a charge. Payment setup availability and connection status are shown in your account. Fees already owed for completed reports remain payable if you request removal of your saved method.
Interim invoice payments
While saved-method billing is awaiting activation, external inspectors pay the $125 Assisted Report fee by QuickBooks invoice before SCP processing, and the $35 Certified Report fee before release of the completed report. SCP confirms invoice payment before releasing the report. An invoice-paid report will not receive an additional automatic per-report charge. No monthly fee applies. In-house and fee-exempt arrangements remain unchanged.
5. Receipts, failed payments, and billing questions
Successful payments have a receipt available in the payment workspace. A declined or unconfirmed payment may require an updated payment method or SCP review. Do not resubmit a completed report to retry a charge. For a suspected duplicate charge, refund request, payment correction, or removal of a saved payment method, contact info@solarcertifiedpro.com. SCP will review the request and the relevant report and payment records. This agreement does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
6. Reports and service limits
Reports reflect submitted information, available records, and conditions observed at the time of inspection. A report does not guarantee future performance, establish warranty coverage, or replace electrical, engineering, or other specialist advice when such advice is needed. Correct errors in your submission promptly through SCP.
7. Account closure and changes
You may request account closure by contacting SCP. SCP may restrict access for misuse, unauthorized activity, or unresolved payment issues. Closure does not remove amounts already owed. SCP will present changed fees or materially changed payment authorization terms for acceptance before using them for future charges.
Professional responsibility and qualifications
You remain responsible for safe fieldwork, client permission, the accuracy of your observations, and licenses or government certificates required in each jurisdiction you serve. SCP training is a private program and does not issue a government license or replace required credentials. Maintain insurance appropriate to your work and disclose limitations and inaccessible components. SCP is responsible for its own report-preparation work; the division of responsibilities does not excuse errors by either party. Assisted reporting does not mean SCP visited the property. Client-facing engagement terms must explain the roles and authorized report recipients.
Cancellations and disputes
For invoice-prepaid reports cancelled before SCP begins preparation, contact SCP for a refund. After preparation begins, SCP will review work performed and any unperformed portion for an appropriate refund. Report errors and disputed charges promptly for review. No new automatic charge applies to an invoice-paid report. Saved-payment removal stops future use of that method after removal, but does not cancel fees already owed. Removing a method is separate from cancelling a report or closing an account. Legal rights remain available.
Privacy
The website Privacy Policy and workspace privacy details describe information processing. Upload authorization permits service delivery, not public marketing use of client documents.
