2. Inverter / Combiner BoxTake a clear photo of the solar inverter or combiner box, including any visible labels or warning stickers.

3. Equipment Label / Model InformationTake a close, readable photo of the manufacturer label. Make sure the brand, model, and serial information are visible if possible.

On some Enphase systems, the equipment label is visible inside the normal combiner-panel door.

4. AC Disconnect / Solar ShutoffTake a clear photo of the disconnect or solar shutoff. If it has a normal hinged access door and can be opened safely, show the breaker or fuses and labeling.

Do not remove secured covers or touch wiring. Only open a normal hinged access door if it can be done safely.

5. Full Equipment WallTake one wide photo showing all solar equipment together, including the utility meter, electrical panel, inverter or combiner box, disconnects, and visible conduit.

6. Main Panel Solar BreakerTake a clear photo of the solar breaker inside the main electrical panel. Make sure the breaker size and any solar or PV labels are visible.
