Seller Report and Document Service Terms

What you are purchasing
A Seller Solar Report organizes the information and files you submit for listing preparation and buyer review. It is not an on-site inspection, physical system-condition rating, electrical evaluation, roof evaluation, performance verification, warranty verification, or engineering assessment. We may identify missing information or concerns for follow-up, but an organized report does not certify the system.
Information sources and reliance
Seller statements, supplied documents, photographs, public records, and third-party responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. SCP does not independently establish ownership, liens, payoff balances, transferable benefits, warranty eligibility, or actual production through this service. Buyers and agents should confirm material facts with the applicable providers and obtain an independent inspection when needed. A buyer or agent receiving a report receives its stated information-review scope; sharing does not expand that scope or create an inspection engagement.
Submission and sharing permission
You confirm you are authorized to submit the materials and authorize their processing for the order. You may share the completed report with prospective buyers, agents, escrow, and other authorized transaction participants. Review the report and remove unrelated private information before distribution. Do not upload passwords or full card details; redact unnecessary private account information. SCP does not receive permission to publish your documents or use your property photos in marketing merely because you order a report.
Options and document searches
An Open House Presentation Packet organizes listing materials and is not additional verification. Document assistance and standalone Document Search involve reasonable efforts to locate available records, may require separate owner/provider authorization, and cannot guarantee results. The LVR Solar Addendum option populates available factual property and solar information. It does not select legal positions, interpret contractual obligations, or replace seller, agent, or attorney review. Seller and agent remain responsible for accuracy, disclosures, approval, signatures, and delivery. Do not treat an unknown fact as verified simply because it appears in a form.
Safety and follow-up
Never climb a roof, remove secured covers, touch wiring, or enter an unsafe area to gather materials. Mark unsafe or inaccessible items as unavailable. Findings that raise safety concerns require evaluation by an appropriately qualified professional. Warranty links provide references; the provider determines coverage and eligibility.
Price, cancellation, and privacy
Your displayed order summary controls the selected options and total. Customer Service Terms govern payment, delivery, cancellations, refunds, and corrections. The Privacy Policy describes processing and privacy requests. Submission acceptance authorizes the requested service; it is separate from any saved-payment authorization.
