It is a brief conversation to understand the situation, answer initial questions, and identify the most appropriate next step. Detailed research, document retrieval, inspection, diagnostic work, and transaction management may require a paid service.
Is a solar inspection the same as a diagnostic?+
No. An inspection is a visual review of accessible components and system information, usually for a real-estate transaction or condition check. A diagnostic is technical troubleshooting for a known performance, fault, or communication problem.
Who handles new solar installations?+
SCP provides education, sales guidance, and coordination for homeowners exploring new solar, system expansions, and upgrades. Sun Solar Solutions is our installation partner; SCP does not act as the installation contractor. Start with a free consultation to review your goals, energy usage, property, and available options. Installation contracts, scope, and warranties are provided by the installation company. Our inspection service remains an independent assessment.
Can you verify that a system will produce a specific amount?+
No inspection can guarantee future production. Available monitoring or production information may help provide context, but weather, equipment, utility conditions, shading, and system changes can affect results.
Do you work with real estate agents and offices?+
Yes. SCP supports agents and clients with inspections, consultations, transaction guidance, approved continuing-education classes, and office Lunch & Learns.
